Hybrid Recreational is a trading name of Bozo Ventures Co., Ltd. (tax code 0315105990), a company registered in Vietnam.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website or by email, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message, such as project details or a phone number. Our website host, Squarespace, also collects basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, and uses cookies. You can manage cookies through the banner on this site.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your project. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who can see it

Our team, and the service providers that run our website and email (Squarespace and Google Workspace). These providers may store data on servers outside Vietnam.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to you and complete any project that follows, and for as long as Vietnamese accounting and tax rules require.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing projects@hybridrecreational.com.
